In my role, I get to work with every department, from the lab to production. It’s not just a job; it’s about people and celebration of excellence and making sure customer needs are met. That’s what I’m passionate about.

Steve has a wide range of knowledge in manufacturing process improvement, quality assurance, research and development, and operations. With more than 30 years of experience in the coatings industry, he effectively leads the operations of Sheboygan Paint Company’s Wisconsin facility.

With a background in lean manufacturing, Steve develops processes that provide a wealth of quality products. At Sheboygan Paint Company, he is keyed into process improvements, automation and innovation to create efficiencies and shorter lead times for customers.

Steve enjoys attending musicals, playing golf, and watching college football. He and his wife are proud parents of twin daughters and son.
