Highly customer-focused, Sam leads the Research & Development Team in tailoring innovative coatings solutions for customers. She oversees the work of chemists and technicians in the company’s laboratories in both Cedartown, GA, and Sheboygan, WI.

Sam was a key contributor to the development of a patent-pending catalyst for isocyanate-free chemistries, which makes environmentally friendly coatings more accessible across commercial industries. During her tenure at Sheboygan Paint Company, she has successfully guided more than 1000 lab projects and managed the launch of innovative new lab equipment.

Outside the lab, Sam is busy chasing her two young children. She enjoys hunting, baking breads and desserts, and watching and attending University of Michigan sporting events. (Go Blue!)
