A fifth-generation ownership family member, Jay was raised with Sheboygan Paint Company being a critical part of his upbringing. He became Chairman of the Board in 2024 and represents the family ownership group to ensure alignment across ownership, board and management. Additionally, he serves as Director of ERP and Digital Innovation, responsible for the strategic integration and optimization of the company’s enterprise resource planning system. During his 15-plus years with Sheboygan Paint Company, Jay has held positions spanning product development, purchasing and operations.

When not in the office, Jay enjoys working on home improvement projects, target shooting, and mostly spending time traveling, camping, hiking and gaming with his wife of 20 years, Iwona; two children, Max and Luci; and dog, Snickerdoodle.
