Known for his collaborative work with corporate sourcing, he drives continuous improvement to achieve meaningful cost savings.

Ian’s professional experience includes management of operations in multiple Sherwin-Williams facilities spanning diverse processes and chemistries. His comprehensive operational knowledge encompasses scheduling, budgeting, shipping and receiving, warehousing and inventory management, customer fulfillment, safety and compliance, and the training and retention of teams exceeding 60 employees..

Outside of work, Ian enjoys backpacking and camping, especially in the national parks. Born and raised in the Cleveland area, he is an avid fan of its sports teams including the Browns, Guardians, and Cavaliers.
