Gerhard has worked extensively in the chemical industry for more than 20 years. During that time, he gained project experience, plant and process startup expertise and first-hand knowledge of working with OSHA, EPA and FDA regulations. 

This deep expertise is essential in Gerhard’s role at Sheboygan Paint Company. As director of business development, Gerhard is responsible for researching and identifying key markets and advising leadership on strategies to best meet the needs of each sector. He also works directly with customers, chemists and production staff to ensure customers receive precisely what their businesses and products demand.
