In support of the company’s “Customerization” motto, Fallon facilitates a strong leadership and coaching culture company wide. She builds organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes. She contributes to the overall business strategy by forecasting and planning talent pipeline requirements and operationalizes human resources initiatives that add value to the organization.

Fallon has more than a decade of experience in human resource management, with a strong background working in a union environment. Her strengths include coaching and mentoring, community engagement, leadership development, and performance management.

When not in the office, Fallon enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, and their family dog, Stella. She enjoys reading and listening to podcasts by Mel Robbins and Simon Sinek.
