Cynthia combines her 20+ years of industry experience with her focus on innovation to lead Sheboygan Paint Company’s Research & Development and Quality Laboratories at the Wisconsin and Georgia facilities. Previously the company’s Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Research and Development, Cynthia offers vast expertise in Sheboygan Paint Company’s chemistries, manufacturing processes, data-driven decision making and Lean Six Sigma process improvement.

A leading industry professional in antimicrobial and building envelope technology for coatings, she has received multiple patents, and led Sheboygan Paint Company in achieving its first. Cynthia’s expansive background in the coatings industry includes work at The Dow Chemical Company, Valspar, Baxter Pharmaceuticals and Sherwin Williams. She has spoken at national coatings conferences on industry innovations and has received corporate awards for operational, fiscal and technical excellence.

Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, and raising money for various charitable organizations.
