As CEO, Holly leads strategy development and execution for Sheboygan Paint Company. She directs the team’s advancements toward the company’s vision: To become the most recognized family-owned industrial coatings company in America.

Holly has 10 years’ experience as a minerals and specialty chemicals executive. She has held leadership roles in product development and market expansion. Her extensive technical and corporate background spans engineering, sales, and commercial strategy, giving her direct experience in linking formulation development with field performance and customer requirements. Holly has worked extensively with industrial, agricultural and equipment OEMs.

In her free time, Holly enjoys travelling, gardening and time at the beach.
